SouthWest Sound specializes in recording music of all types – from punk bands to church choirs and everything in-between! The studio layout is musician friendly with comfortable, spacious playing rooms that help make it easy to be both creative and productive. The main recording area is acoustically designed without any 90 degree angles to eliminate standing waves which can cause boominess and other undesirable artifacts.

An assortment of quality mics and pre-amps is always available and isolation rooms include line-of-sight design for smooth, trouble-free communication at all times.

Studio A is acoustically optimized for recording drums, vocals, ensembles, string and horn sections, as well as small acoustic or electric groups.

Studio B is equipped with a Yamaha digital piano as well the latest CD mastering equipment and also doubles as an internet command center with DSL lines, DVD authoring capabilities, and a video editing suite running Final Cut Pro HD software.
