SWS usually books about two weeks in advance and accepts
cash, VISA, MasterCharge, checks, and money orders. A deposit of half the
amount of the first session is normally required to secure a band booking.
This amount is applied to the first session or is refunded upon cancellation
with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Recording at SWS is usually “pay
as you go” unless other arrangements are made prior to the first
session of your project.
Please note: SWS does not extend credit and all accounts
must be kept current. |

SWS is not responsible for any items left in the studio
including: musical instruments, cell phones, glasses, gloves, umbrellas,
CDs, clothing, tuners, battery chargers, iPods, computers, notebooks,
dogs, or small children. (Just checking to see if you are still reading
this!)
Seriously, you are solely responsible for anything left including your
digital music files, whether they are contained on hard drive, CDs, DVDs
or any other storage media. Any and all data left at SWS is left at your
own risk. Please read the DATA BACKUP POLICY below for a complete explanation. |

| Because digital recording generates computer files and large
amounts of data, it is important to chose a backup plan when scheduling
a recording session. It is your responsibility as a client to keep and
maintain backup copies of your material or works in progress. SWS strongly
recommends doing this at the end of each session to keep all data current
and accurate. Note: All data backups and/or transfers are done at the current
hourly recording rate. |

| Drugs and firearms are not allowed in the studo, either
separately or together (talk about a real formula for
disaster!), however you may bring cameras or video recorders to immortilize
your session. |
